Early Music Now’s 28thseason reflects the variety of programming and the quality of performers that our audiences have enjoyed for the past 27 seasons. The mix of music from the Medieval, Renaissance, and early Baroque periods brings with it cultural connections with England, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, and Germany, continuing our commitment to exploring music Across Borders – Across Time.
And the roster includes audience favorites, first-time Milwaukee performers, and familiar artists in new configurations. You will hear solo voices to full choral sounds, string ensembles to a solo shruti-box.
You won’t want to miss any of these extraordinary concerts – including the post-season concert continuing last season’s exploration of the clarinet!

"Perfect blend, diction, tone production, phrasing and a host of dynamic subtleties characterize their singing. Lionheart embodies the best qualities of the early-music movement -- they are consummate musicians who really love an audience." ~ M Coalwell, Kansas City Star
